I was so sorry and hurt when I heard the news about Joe. I am Katie Joe and I worked together until I retired and Joe went to N.C. He was a great co-worker and dear friend. I will truly miss him. Love to all of you. Katie Holloway

Joe´s larger than life personality was only surpassed by his huge heart and passion for helping others. I am honored to have known him and privileged to work with him for over a decade. We will forever miss Joe, his jokes, smiles, and helping hands. My deepest sympathies to his family and friends. You are in our prayers as Joe is forever in our hearts.

Joseph had a big heart and kept me laughing. We shared many fun times in his beautiful home. May the peace and comfort of God rest upon the Strother family during this difficult time. Gone but not forgotten. Singing: "I'll See You Again," by Richard Smallwood.

To the family of Joseph (Joe) I extend my deepest and sincere condolences. Joe and I met about 3 years ago and immediately became friends. He was kind, thoughtful, funny and sincere. We hate to see him go, but find comfort in knowing he is free from suffering and pain. He will indeed be missed.
