Uncle Joe was a true Southern gentleman with a kind heart and quick wit! His love of family was on full display during Sunday afternoon lunches or Holiday gatherings. Joe will certainly be missed by us, his family.

I am so sorry to hear of Mr Stroups passing. We were neighbors for 20 years in Merrimac Shores and I will always remember his beautiful rose bushes.
