Joyce was an extremely sweet lady. I went to church with her in Franklin. Condolences for the family.

Joyce used to attend the Kentucky 4-H Volunteer Forum with Wanda to help care for her great grandchildren while Julie was busy with agent responsibilities.

When Julie’s children were small, she ordered “kids meals “ for them. One year, in preparation for the Hall of Fame Banquet, I had a funny idea. I placed the “special meal cards” on the tables in the Bluegrass Ballroom and wanted to reserve seats for Wanda and Joyce on either side of the children because Julie would be away from...
