Obituary

Judith's Obituary

Passed away peacefully, with her family at her side, after a year’s long battle with Inflammatory Breast Cancer.

Beloved wife of William Friedman.  Dear mother of Jeffrey (Brooke) Friedman, Marc (Elizabeth) Friedman and Steven (Elena) Friedman. Loving Bubbe of Samantha, Beckett, Quinn, Micah, Stella and Ezra.  Beloved sister of Valarie (Steve) Batchelder, Victoria (Scott) Jensen, Gail (the late Bob) Wever, the late Kenneth (late Cecile) Thompson and Leonard (Cheryl) Thompson.  Dear sister-in-law of Ivy (Herman) Segal, Amy DeMichele and Lisa (Kenneth) Sylvester.  Beloved daughter of the late Howard and Lillian Thompson.  Dear aunt, cousin and friend.

More than anything, Judy loved being with her family. Whether it was an annual vacation spot, a birthday celebration, or a special holiday, Judy felt the happiest when spending these moments with her family. The Jewish holidays were always special as she loved to gather the family for a great meal and family togetherness.
