Not sure what to say?

Your mom was a beautiful lady I was so sorry to hear her passing I know how much you loved your mom and I know she loved you and your brother and grandkids may she rest in peace now

I miss you so much! I hope I make you proud. It was hard leaving you yesterday. But you are flying high, and forever young and full of love and laughter and joy. Its going to be a rough month, your birthday on the 18th and your favorite holiday, Christmas, but as you would say Jesus' birthday! Iy will definitely be a blue Christmas this year without you!

Buffy and Robbie there is no words to express how much y'all mean to me. I'm so sorry for your loss and wish I could be there for y'all. I'm sending prayers and love to you both. May God be with you through this time and all the days to come. Love you both.

I attended school with Judy in Florala—she was always a beautiful lady inside & out!!!
Prayers for her family!!!!!

Judy Davis's Obituary

Mrs. Judy Davis Roberson, age 79, of Florala, Alabama, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on December 18, 1945, in Lockhart, Alabama, the daughter of Dewey Davis and Blannie Jackson Davis.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, James Davis; and her sister, Angie Davis.

Judy lived a life centered on faith, family, and the simple joys that brought her heart the greatest happiness. She loved cooking, especially when it meant gathering her family together around the table. Preparing meals for her children and grandchildren was one of her greatest pleasures, and she delighted in watching them enjoy the dishes she made with such care.

Christmas was Judy’s favorite time of year. She took tremendous pride in decorating her home for the holiday season, creating a warm and festive atmosphere her family cherished. Judy also enjoyed crocheting and relaxing with classic television shows on METV, where programs from years gone by brought her comfort and joy.

Her life was anchored in her unwavering faith in her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. That faith sustained her through many years of health challenges and remained her strength until the very end.

Judy is survived by her son, Robbie Roberson; her daughter, Buffy Wilkerson; and her beloved grandchildren: Clayton Wilkerson, Riley Roberson, Maddie Roberson, Bella Roberson, Shelby Roberson, Wyatt Roberson, and Sophia Roberson. To them, she was affectionately known as “Granny J” a name she treasured.

Funeral services for Mrs. Judy Roberson will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. from Evans Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Jerry Thames will officiate.
