Judy Charlene Stephens passed away on January 30 after a short illness.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 7, 2026 at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls with Pastor Chad Stubblefield officiating.
Judy was born Sept 26, 1948 in White Salmon Washington. Judy grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas and attended Hirschi High School. She previously worked at Sheppard Air Force Base, and Booker T. Washington Elementary. Judy was a member of The Red Hat Society and The Sewing Guild. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years David Stephens; parents Red ad Vivian Thompson; sisters Janice and Shirley Ann Thompson; and in laws Thurman and LuReatha Stephens; and brother in law Jack Stephens.
She is survived by sons Kenneth and Arthur Baker; step-sons Bryan Stephens and wife Trudy, and Ray Stephens and wife Tania; grandchildren B J Stephens, Megan Ackerman, Graham Stephens, Grant Stephens, Katy Stephens, Chris Stephens; Caden Bledsaw; Kennedy Baker, Lauren Bledsaw, Tyler Bledsaw, and Kennedy Baker; ten great-grandchildren; sister Louise Theabo and husband Timothy; niece Kathy Beuttenmuller and husband Rick; great nephew Parker Beuttenmuller; great niece Sarah Beuttenmuller; uncle Ron Ward and wife Mark; and sister-in-law Kathie Stephens and husband Alberto.
