Julia M. Vinczi

Julia M. Vinczi, 91, died at her residence on Monday, April 27, 2015. Born in McAdoo, PA, Julia was a longtime resident of Edison; She attended St. Patrick's Elementary School, and was a member of the McAdoo Class of 1941 before graduating from the McCann School of Business in Hazelton, PA.Julia was employed in the payroll/accounting departments of the Dorr Oliver Co. in Hazelton, J.C. Penney in Edison and W.T. Grant in S. Plainfield.Julia was predeceased by her parents, Connie and Nellie (née Urban) O'Brien. She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, William F. Vinczi; her daughter, Julie A. Vinczi and husband Hank Ruehl of Milltown and her granddaughters Megan Ruehl and Kathleen Ruehl.A Mass of Christian Burial will take place 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 30, at Transfiguration of the Lord Parish at Guardian Angels R.C. Church in Edison. Cremation will be private. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue in Edison on Wednesday, April 29, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations may be made in Julia's name to: St. Jude Children's Research Program, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
