Julie McCaskill Bell, 56, of Mullins, passed away following injuries sustained during an automobile accident in Georgetown, on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Tidelands-Georgetown Memorial Hospital.
Julie, a loving mother, kind soul, and friend to many, was born on February 11, 1970, in Bishopville, South Carolina, a daughter of the late Eulis “Shoe Boots” McCaskill and the late Jeanette Atkinson McCaskill Brown. Julie graduated from North Myrtle Beach High School and worked hard with her Cleaning Service she ran as an entrepreneur. But her main job in life was being a mother. She was a full-time mom and devoted herself to her precious daughter, Kylie. This was her world, pride and joy and she let the universe know it. Julie touched many lives throughout her years and made deep bonds that will transcend time with memories and moments shared.
Surviving Julie in addition to her daughter of the home, Kylie Shea Bell are her dad, Reverend Nathaniel “Nat” Brown and his wife, Carleen, of Bishopville; her brother, Steve McCaskill and his wife, Gail, of New Franklin, Ohio; her stepbrother, Ryan Sauers and his wife, Kady, of Bishopville; her stepsisters, Mellissa Cunningham and her husband, Chris of Indiana, and Whitney Ward and her husband Tyler of Alabama; her sister-in-law, Pam McCaskill of Mullins; her nieces and nephews, Casey Parrett, Gianna Parrett, Kristine (George) Bosley, Jason (Amanda) Patterson, Michael (Jamie) Carpenter, Stevie (Addie) McCaskill, Mitchell (Paula) McCaskill, Kelly (Tim) Maylor, Jack “Trey (Lizzie) McCaskill, Clayton McCaskill, Brittany (Robert) Thompson, Kayla (Dakota) McGee; her great nieces and nephews: Skye (Rene) Vaca, Jamie (Sean) Rich, James Bosley, Taylor Causey, Elizabeth McCaskill, Cali Touchton, Lawson McCaskill, Lawton McCaskill, Jayden Bosley, Tucker Thompson, Brantley McGee, and Britton Thompson; her puppy, Jake :From State Farm; and her special friends, Crystal Barfield, Landon Gordon, Brandi Brown, Shannon Stocks, and Suela Sefa.
Julie was predeceased by two brothers, Mark Lawton McCaskill and Mitchell Hallie McCaskill.
No services are planned during this present time, but we will announce arrangements when the date is set at a later time.
