June Schumacher Davis passed away peacefully on December 24 at the age of 92. She was married for 63 years to John Davis, who preceded her in death.
June met John while working at Ralston Purina in St. Louis. Together they raised two children, Cindy and Rick, and shared in family endeavors including operating an apple farm and later a Swensen’s Ice Cream store and restaurant.
In the days leading up to her passing, both of her children, Rick and Cindy, were by her side, offering care, support, and comfort.
June was a woman of faith and remained connected to her church community at Bonhomme Presbyterian Church.
June is survived by her children, grandchild, and extended family.
Services: Memorial service at Bonhomme Presbyterian Church, 14820 Conway Road, Chesterfield, Saturday, January 10, at 1:00 p.m. If desired, contributions may be made to Caring Ministries at Bonhomme Church or a charity of your choice.
