Not sure what to say?

By far the most passionate and energetic professor I had at Keystone Jr. College back in 85-87. I enjoyed the Life Drawing and Art History classes Karl taught. Having only a background in technical drawing when I started KJC, Karl use to encourage me to “loosen up” during our Life Drawing class gesture exercises. Karl’s teachings have opened my eyes to see and appreciate finer details we tend to overlook in everyday life.

Grove of 100 Trees

I had Prof Neuroth for art history in the fall of 1965. I was a mathematics major so I was not excited about taking
an art class. Prof Neuroth made the class very interesting and I loved learning all about the history of art.
To this day I can still name the artist painting and the period when they were painted, when I enter museums.
All thanks to Prof Neuroth.

To one of the most delightful men we had the good fortune to meet and spend time with. You will be missed. Xoxo

I worked with Karl at Keystone for many years. He was a leader whose contributions to the college, the local community, his student, and the art community were enormous. I considered him a friend. My condolences to his family.

I’m very sad to hear the news of Karl’s passing. I was in his class back in 1998 I believe. Karl always kept things interesting and was a big part in my love of Art history. He introduced me to one of my best friends and I joined her on a backpacking trip across Europe seeing so many things I learned about in his class. What an influence on so many! My condolences to his family.

I am so sad to hear about Karl's passing. He made the world better through his art and kindness. He made a huge lasting impact on the people and community around him. I am thankful for the time I had working with him, though I wish it could have been longer. I will never forget my time with him. My thoughts are with his family.

I am very sad to hear about Karl's passing. He was an amazing teacher and artist. His legacy at Keyston College will live on through his students.

I'm very sad to hear of Karl's passing. I was a student of his at Keystone and I am so grateful for the chance to learn the basics of art from him. He was a great inspiration to me for my own art. He was a great teacher and a great man. My sincerest sympathy is with you.
