Not sure what to say?

Kathleen was my friend Shay’s grandmother, but she had a way of making everyone feel like family. We spent so many days on the farm chasing chickens, goats, and kittens, and riding horses until the sun went down. I can still picture her beautiful long braided hair and that warm smile she always wore. the kind that made you feel instantly at home. As funny as it sounds, she was the first person who ever got me to eat egg salad and the last — not because I didn’t like it, but because no one...

I met Kathy years ago while she was a patient at the Radford Hospital and I was cleaning her room. I noticed that her last name was Gagnon and I told her that I had an aunt with the same last name (maiden). Turned out that Kathy had been married to my aunts brother. Such a nice coincidence being that my aunt and myself were from Massachusetts. I enjoyed our conversation that evening. She seemed like such a lovely person and there is no doubt in my mind that she will be missed.

We will miss your smiling face and kindness! May peace be with all your loved ones.

Kat, I have cherished our time working together, both INS & CBP. I think of you often, and will always miss you. Rest in Peace.

Kathy was an amazing lady. Hard working and kind. Rest easy Kathy. You will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Kathleen was a good neighbor and a good person. She will be missed by many! Peace and comfort for Kirk, Richard and family.
