We were so so sad, Amelia, to hear of your mother’s passing! She was such a sweet person! We so appreciated her friendliness to us as her neighbors. We regret not being able to spend more time in her company, and not being able to make it to the funeral. May God sustain you, Amelia, in the midst of your grief, and may the happy memories comfort you and your girls.

We are forever grateful to Kip for her guidance, support, and independence given to our son Andrew as an international exchange student. Kip will be remembered as a great host & travelling companion when we stayed with her in Mercer, and also when Kip & Amelia had a trip to New Zealand.
Our thoughts are with you Amelia & the girls on this very sad occasion.

We had long working relationship in regards to the renovation of her beloved home. I know that she trusted me and appreciated the effort by me and my husband Tom. She was her own person and I can say I haven’t know anyone like her and I’m glad to have known her.

We had such special times when we lived next door. Kip was such a good neighbor so kind and thoughtful. We shared evenings in our gazebo talking about life in general
And things happening in our neighborhood. She will be missed.
