Not sure what to say?

Kathy took great care of me after hand surgery, she was so nice and we had wonderful conversations. I am so sorry to see that she is no longer with us, thoughts and prayers for her loved ones.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. Special prayers for her family. Kathy was so special and will be missed remembered by all who knew her.

Kathyyou were my sister not by blood but by love. I knew you from caregiving to your mother. I was very fortunate to know you and your mom. You became part of my family and I became part of yours. You took care of my soul as I took care of your mom and you. God sent me to you for a reason. You taught me so much about patience and how grateful I needed to be for all the blessing in my life. Thank you for those lessons. A part of my heart is missing and I will see you again some day! Love to...

My condolences to Kathy's family on her passing. I worked with Kathy at Oleander Rehab and can attest to her skill as a therapist as well as her compassion for others. I lost touch but recently ran into her again and found she was still the sweet young woman I knew. God bless you Kathy.

Kathy. I was so saddened to hear of your passing. I remember looking up to you when I was a kid. Everyone thought so highly of you. I am really sorry I did not reach out to you in adulthood. I fully understand that loss. I look forward to seeing you in heaven one day. I pray you rest in peace.

My little buddy “ Kathy O”. I hadn’t seen her since the accident and sorry to hear of her passing. We were track and field teammates in high school. We both ran track in college, and would catch up with each other between events. I was at North Carolina Central University and of course she was setting national records at North Carolina State University . Our paths would cross throughout the country while we were competing. Regardless of whether we were in North Carolina, Pennsylvania ,...

I was the Assistant Principal at Richmond Senior High School in Rockingham, NC when Kathy graduated. Kathy was every teacher’s dream student. She was smart and athletic. I remember that her dream was to become a pediatrician, but her accident sidelined that dream. I have no doubts that she would have achieved that dream had she not become paralyzed. My wife and I send our most heartfelt condolences to Kathy’s entire family. My prayer is that she has found peace in the arms of our Lord and...

I followed her career racing, She was the best ever in NC., men or women. Much love.

Kathy, you are so missedthere aren’t sufficient words to capture the loss we are feeling. You were always so thoughtful and generous with a quiet and humble spirit of service to others. I know you were welcomed into heaven hearing “well done, good and faithful servant.” May we strive to show love to others as modeled by you. Fly high, angel!
