Kathy took great care of me after hand surgery, she was so nice and we had wonderful conversations. I am so sorry to see that she is no longer with us, thoughts and prayers for her loved ones.

My condolences to Kathy's family on her passing. I worked with Kathy at Oleander Rehab and can attest to her skill as a therapist as well as her compassion for others. I lost touch but recently ran into her again and found she was still the sweet young woman I knew. God bless you Kathy.

I was the Assistant Principal at Richmond Senior High School in Rockingham, NC when Kathy graduated. Kathy was every teacher’s dream student. She was smart and athletic. I remember that her dream was to become a pediatrician, but her accident sidelined that dream. I have no doubts that she would have achieved that dream had she not become paralyzed.
