Kathryn's Obituary

SPRINGFIELD, IL – Kathryn R. Ushman, 57, passed away Sunday, August 19, 2018, at Aperion Capitol Care.

She was born May 2, 1961, to Frank F. and Dorothy (Morris) Ushman. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Michael Ushman; and cousin, Lauretta Hackwith.

Kathryn was a CNA with Midwest Home Care in Midland, Texas for 20 years. She enjoyed wearing 70’s clothing, especially her tie-dyes.

She is survived by her son, Bobby Ushman; grandson, Michael; brother, Frank Joseph Ushman; step-brothers, Dustin and Shane Ushman; step-sister, Veronica Tannehill; and three nephews, Josh, Michael and Jeremy.

Per Kathy’s request, no services will be held.
