I always loved Kathy for her smile and optimism. What a wonderful presence she had. I hope that it's not long before her family hears a little spring bird sing, or sits down to a special meal, or feels the sun on their faces and thinks, Kathy would have liked that. From the moment I met Kathy, I loved her. She was so full of life, funny, spunky, warm and loving. Although my interaction was brief, I always carried her in my heart. My heart cries now, as I am sure the entire family's does. My thoughts and prayers for everyone. She will be greatly missed in this world. Clearly God wanted this special soul back home... Rest in Peace darling, you are no longer in pain.

While I just met Kathy in person a few months ago, I have know Andrew for over 30 years. I followed her story on Facebook. She is truly a warrior. I guess God needed another special angel in Heaven. R.I.P.
