Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Grimes was the absolute best!! She loved on the Riverdale High School Class of 1992 as if we were her very own children. She not only expressed that love at Riverdale, she also graced us with love outside of the high school walls. I know for a fact that I was one of her favorites. She will forever be the RHS Class of 1992 Angel.

To her beautiful family, I pray for peace and comfort for you all. Thank you for sharing Mrs. Grimes with us.

I met Kathy Baxter in 1966 when she started dating my close friend and fraternity brother, Ronnie Grimes After dating a few years, they married and journeyed together for over 50 years. What a blessing it was to have known Kathy all these years. What a great person, a lady, and wonderful person in every respect She was the perfect definition of being a partner and soul mate to Ronnie, a role model for her two boys, a great teacher and coach to her students.Simply put, words can’t fully...

So sorry to hear about Kathy Grimes passing or as she was fondly called by her cheerleaders "Skeeter". Our daughter, Leah Bass was one of those.cheerleaders.She loved her dearly! Kathy was always fair and cared so much about all her cheerleaders. Plus she was so funny! As a parent she was wonderful to work with! Our sympathy goes out to her family❤.

Ronnie I didn't know your wife, but from the posts I've read you got lucky. Can't remember if she was in the car when you picked me up on the interstate thumbing
a ride to K-town. But after meeting you at the dorm when Coach Murf kicked me out of tha jock dorm, I had the pleasure of getting to know you? And I demanded our Brothers at XAII to bring you in as a Brother. Knowing you is proof enough to also know that you had a great Lady in Kathy. Tha good news is it ain't over yet. And...

In loving memory of a friend and Riverdale colleague. It was a pleasure to know you.

My late husband & I were next door neighbors to the Grimes family for several years and then we lived down the street for a few more years. Our 2 boys were close in age to Stan & Rob and they played together a lot! We had many cookouts with Kathy & Ronnie and they were so hospitable. Kathy loved to laugh and she was always ready to help a neighbor at any time. In 2019, she and Ronnie drove all the way to Marietta, GA, for my husband, Mike's, memorial service. That was such a sweet thing to...

Kathy and Ronnie were so kind in visitation to the funeral home in Lewisburg. She always in high school had that smile. Her teaching over the years evolved and was highlighted at times. She had to be an inspiration to many. Prayers for her family.

My deepest Sympathy to Ronnie and all the family. It was my privelege to have known Kathy. Ronnie and I were co-woekers. May she rest in peace with our Lord and Saviour.

Ronnie, So sorry to hear about Kathy. Praying for you and your family. God less you all.
