Katie Renfroe, age 17, passed away surrounded by the love that had embraced her for every day of her life. Though her time on this earth was brief by human measure, the impact of her presence was deep, holy, and enduring.
From the beginning of her life, Katie was a precious gift—one whose value was never measured by words spoken or steps taken, but by the profound love she gave and received. She possessed a quiet sweetness that softened hearts and drew people close. In her gentle presence, Katie reflected innocence, purity, and grace. She exemplified everything a little girl could be—beloved, cherished, and deeply treasured.
Katie was surrounded by unwavering devotion throughout her life. Her family recognized her as a sacred blessing entrusted to their care. With extraordinary faith, patience, and compassion, they loved her selflessly, honoring her life with dignity and tenderness. Graveside services for Katie Renfroe will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 9th, at Paxton Cemetery.
Visitation will begin this afternoon at 3:30 p.m. at the family home, located at 1176 County Highway 147 West, Laurel Hill, Florida 32567.
Katie is survived by her father, Danny Renfroe, and Angie Nowling Renfroe; her brothers, Bradley Renfroe (Michelle), and Kenneth Renfroe; her sisters, Megan Jones (Nicholas), Jessica Labit (Zachary), Dannial White (Shawn), Canvas Renfroe (Jeffrey), Emalee Renfroe, and Cynthia Mason.
While her family grieves her earthly absence, they rejoice in the assurance that Katie is now whole, at peace, and resting in the loving presence of her Heavenly Father.
