Kay King

My wife Karen Valett graduated with Kay and we lost contact with her because we left Durant
and did not return until 1979. I especially remember the red hair and jovial attitude. Karen passed in November 2025 never knowing anything about Kay and her family. My condolences to

Deepest sympathy for the family

Aunt Kay was a VERY special lady I will miss her so much. Always there with a smile and loving heart, I will never forget the summers of my youth spent at her house, she always welcomed me and my siblings to her home. Heaven definitely gained another angel. My deepest sympathies to Terry, Tom, Shelly, Dave and Jenni.

I will remember Kay's warmth and humor, especially when she joined Jenni and me in watching Chicago Bears games at her house. To Kay's family, I am so sorry for your loss.

To the entire family, I’m so sorry for your loss. Kay will be missed by all who knew who her, including me. She was a definite staple in my life, I could always depend on her to be home, if I needed her. She was a great lady with a wonderful soul and a lot of love to give everyone.

My heart is heavy. Kay worked for dad in his dry cleaning business when I was young. She was part of the book club I attended. I enjoyed seeing her each month.
