Words don't mean much at a time like this, but please allow me to express my sincerest condolences at the loss of Kelvin. I had the privilege of deploying with "Scooter" to Afghanistan and still smile at the memories of his jokes and laughter, or his frustration after Cowboys loss. He is a hero and warrior who served his country through the military and beyond. I am truly honored to call him my friend.

Kelvin- You are a great person and I am so fortunate to call you a friend. Our long conversations on Mondays after a Cowboys game was intense and spirited since I am a Giants fan. Scooter was a hilariously funny and a good man; he always was in good spirit and made you smile. I've been blessed to have had him in my life. RIP my friend, the Lord got ya now!

I was blessed to serve with Kelvin for many years. I first met him in Augusta, Ga in 1987 and worked with him in Washington,DC. My sincere condolences to the family.
