Kenneth Homer-Ray Bentley

Kenneth Homer-Ray "Dinky" Bentley, 27, of North Ridgeville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday March 4, 2013 at St. John Medical Center in Westlake.  He was born in Elyria on January 31, 1986.  Mr. Bentley had resided in North Ridgeville for the past six years and had previously lived in Gibraltar, Michigan.  He was a 2005 graduate of Carlson High School in Gibraltar, MI.  He was employed as a Dry Wall Finisher by his uncle, Doug McGrew, for the past six years.  Mr. Bentley was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan.  He also enjoyed watching the Cleveland Cavaliers, Browns and Indians.  He loved sports and played football all through school.  He is survived by his mother, Terry Norris of Michigan; his father, Kenneth Bentley of Kentucky; one sister, Stephanie Carroll of Michigan; grandparents, Homer and Lida Bentley of Kentucky; four aunts, Krystal Bentley, Alice McGrew, Tina Fair and Cheryl Abbott; two uncles, Mickey and Billy Lucas; and by many cousins and friends.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Patricia and Theodore Harris, a cousin, Theodore McGrew and an aunt, Cheryl Lucas.  The family will receive friends on Friday, March 8, 2013 from 5 to 8pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Road (at Stoney Ridge Rd.), North Ridgeville.  The funeral service will be Saturday March 9, 2013 at 5:30pm at the funeral home.  Rev.
