Kenneth E. Dascher

My condolences to the Dascher family. Kenny lived in the Whitehall Housing that I managed through my employment at the Housing Authority of Trempealeau County. Kenny had a precarious personality and would stop in my office on a regular basis to visit. We enjoyed his residency and chatting about his numerous bicycle adventures throughout various counties surrounding the Whitehall area. May he rest in peace and travel far in his next life!
