I was always happy when Cotton was available to help the Niles boys (Genesee Painting Co.) with a Painting project. Whether it was painting a water tower or General Motors industrial plant Cotton was an excellent and skilled painter. Although I haven’t seen cotton in many years I remember him has a great worker, all around nice person with a fun personality. My condolences to Cotton’s family and friends.
