Not sure what to say?

Kenneth you were my best friend since 7th grade. I know. Your watch over us all in heaven. Till we meet again

Kenneth you were the best friend anyone could ask for! You were always like a big brother to me and never hesitated to lend a hand to me or anyone else when needed! I always cherish the memories we’ve had along with our late night talks! We love you and miss you! Save us a seat up there!

Kenneth, Kenneth what can I say? There is only one Kenneth Douglas Newland. There is no other person like you. You came into our family 25 years ago not fully knowing what you were getting into. You have been there for us through thick and thin. Two and a half years ago you welcomed me into your home when I was at the lowest place in my life emotionally. We had a lot of heart to heart talks where both of us shared in some pretty deep thoughts. Thank you for listening. I am not a person who...

You'll always be my one and only love from the day I met you 25 years ago for the rest of my life. I'll miss you like crazy everyday until I'm by your side again. I know you're no longer in pain or suffering like you were and that's what's keeping me sane. I'll love you always and forever and ever

We present this guestbook to you with deepest compassion and with our sincerest expression of sympathy.

Kenneth's Obituary

Kenneth Douglas Newland, a cherished soul known for his unyielding kindness and infectious humor, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2025, in Bonham, TX. Born on September 23, 1980, in Dallas, TX, Kenneth grew into a man who stood tall and proud, with a spirit that was never daunted by life's challenges.

Kenneth dedicated many years to maintaining his family's childcare business, where his hard work and dedication never went unnoticed.

An avid gun enthusiast , Kenneth possessed an extensive knowledge of firearms that he enjoyed sharing with fellow enthusiasts. His passion for collecting was matched by his love for horses. But it was in the kitchen where Kenneth's creativity truly shone. Baking cakes and cooking were more than hobbies—they were ways in which he expressed love and brought joy to those around him.

Kenneth's larger-than-life personality was a blend of a gentle giant with a big heart and a jokester with a great sense of humor. His laughter was a gift that he generously shared, brightening the days of all who knew him.

Those who knew Kenneth will remember him as a man who wasn't afraid of anything, facing life's adversities with courage and resilience. Yet, it was his kind-hearted and compassionate nature that truly defined him. Kenneth's empathy and understanding were boundless, and his desire to help others was a quiet but powerful force in his life. He was a family man through and through and loved his wife Angela, and son Rydyr more than anything.

Kenneth Douglas Newland will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mary and James Lindsey, sisters, Krissy Weise, and Shea Wynne.
