Not sure what to say?

Ken/Mr. Vanderhyde, had a special warmth and way of being your friend. He was my 5th grade teacher at Jefferson elementary school and my second favorite teacher (sorry but Mrs. Peterson my 2nd grade teacher was much cuter-lol). I just wanted to say thank you for being a part of my life and such a good friend to my family over the years. I will leave it at that. Thanks again, Scott Kelley

Sharon and family. So sorry to hear about ken and thanks for your daughter calling my daughter. To let us all know. Jon and Judy suta

So sorry hear about Ken's passing. He was a very special guy. I have fond memories of our families camping together. He will be missed.

Quite a number of years back, Ken had a Sunday radio program, playing in one of the rooms inside his home. He was live on the air! He played the organ and my brother lightly played his drum as background. I think it was an hour long show. Once in awhile I would get to sit in and enjoy their music first hand.

Sharon an family, my heart goes out to all of you! You´ve lost a wonderful man. His memories will forever remain with you Love to all; Beth Mauden
