Not sure what to say?

My sweet Kimberly, our first grandchild, and such a precious gift from God. Your death left a vacancy that can never be filled. I cherish every memory and will pray unceasingly for your soul. I hold you in my heart forever.

My condolences to the Blizzard Family! I have the pleasure of managing Kimberly during her time at Hobby Lobby! I will fondly remember her beautiful smile and bright spirit that filled every room she entered! I’m honored to have had her touch my life!

Our memories of Kimberly and your family from our time at Our Lady of Fatima, will never be forgotten. They are very special to us and we talk about you all quite often. I am so sorry for your loss and we will continue to pray for her soul and for your family. We will be attending the All Souls Saturday Divine Liturgy Tomorrow at Saint Anne's Byzantine Catholic Church, and Father will read her name as he prays for the souls departed. Please know that you are never a lone in this and are...

I am so sorry for your loss! I remember when she was little with her hair done up in pretty braided rosettes! I really wish I could attend the services, but I have schedule conflicts, so I will be praying for the repose of her soul at the Liturgies here at St. Basil's. Praying for you all as well in these difficult days. I will light a 7 day votive candle at church tonight. My priest is also keeping her and y'all in his prayers, and I will be requesting Divine Liturgy as well. Blessed repose...

Dearest Jean and family,
Please be assured of our family’s prayers for the repose of the soul of your dear granddaughter. We are also praying for all of her dear family that Our Lady will cover you with her mantle and comfort you.
Ad Jesum per Mariam,
Cheryl and David Truty and Family

We have wept this week for each of you and for Kimberly. I am grateful to God for the time my daughter, Elodie, was able to spend with her. Elodie still speaks fondly of then road trip she took with Mr Blizzard and the girls for Church Camp. Your family, and the families from OLOF have left a deep impression on our souls. God has certainly used you all to help strengthen the faith of our family. We continue to pray for Kimberly’s soul and for each of you.

With Love in...

My family and I will be lifting up the Blizzard family in prayer in the days and weeks to come. May your memories of Kimberly bring you much comfort. Eternal rest, grant unto her, O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul, and the souls of the faithful departed, rest in peace.

Maria and Ryan, please know of our love and prayers for your family. It is clear that your sweet Kimberly is a beautiful soul and dearly loved by all who knew her. We will pray daily for Kimberly and your dear family.
May Our Lord give you comfort,
Aunt Paula and Uncle Joe

Their Memory Stays

By Casey Gamble

Although they have passed on,
Their memory forever stays.
Remember how they smiled,
And the joy they always gave.
We'll miss them all the time,
And think of them every day.
Their love filled the world -
A love that will never fade.

I'll miss you forever, dear Kim.

Kimberly's Obituary

Kimberly Katherine, 17, daughter of Ryan and Maria Blizzard, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 22, 2026. Kimberly was a beloved daughter, sister, and friend.

Oldest of nine children, she was born on December 5, 2008, in Denton, Texas. Kimberly had a contagious laugh and brightened any room.  She loved her siblings immensely, as was evident in the laughter that could be heard throughout the house as they played.

Visitation with Rosary will be at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 209 Peach, Sanger, Texas, on Friday, February 27, from 4:00 PM until 5:30 PM. A funeral Mass will be held at the church on Saturday, February 28, at 11:00 AM. Burial at Sanger Cemetery will follow the funeral.

Flower memorials may be sent to Coker Funeral Home in Sanger, Texas. In place of flowers, a memorial donation for a set of Gregorian Masses to be said for the repose of Kimberly’s soul would be much appreciated by her family. A check for that intention should be made out to Our Lady of Fatima Church, PO Box 141, Sanger, Texas, 76266. Please place “K. Blizzard” in the check memo or in an attached note.
