Kim was such a amazing friend she was the sister i never had ill never forget her. She helped me get through some rough times. We had so many fun times together she always talked about her boys and her wonderful husband. We had many cries and laughed together RIP my Beautiful friend till we meet again love you forever

Kim I am so blessed to have had you as a friend and co worker, you definitely made work more interesting. I will forever cherish our friendship and our deep conversations. You are a one of a kind, Until we meet again, rest easy in the arms of our Lord.

Kim was unique and wonderful to be around. I remember when she was at Alton Baptist and she and I worked on counting numbers for Sunday School. A joy to be around and I am so sorry to hear of her passing. My condolences to her entire family.

Kimberly's Obituary

Kimberly Jo (Hoskins) Wilcher, age 59, wife of the late David Leon Wilcher, Sr. passed away Monday, February 16, 2026 in Louisville, KY.  Kim was born February 19, 1966 in Frankfort, KY to the late Wilbur A. Hoskins and Dorothy Lee (Fallis) Hoskins.

Kim was a member of Sand Spring Baptist Church and a retired employee with Frankfort Kroger, where she worked in the bakery and was a fuel lead. 

Kim is survived by a son, Lucas Wilcher of Lawrenceburg; her brothers, Ray Hoskins of Lawrenceburg, Larry Wayne Wilder and wife Lisa of Lawrenceburg, and Bradley Todd Hoskins and wife Sandra of Lexington; a sister-in-law, Denise Wilder of Lawrenceburg; nieces, Crystal Cox and Nicole Crosthwaite; and nephews, Michael Sutherland, Charles Wilder and Matthew Wilder; and her precious dog, Maggie.

Including her parents and husband, Kim was preceded in death by a son, David Leon “D.J.” Wilcher, Jr; a sister, Debbie Sutherland; and a brother, Bobby Wilder.

Funeral services for Kim will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, February 20, 2026 at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Dr. Mike Hamrick officiating. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 11:00 A.M. till time of service at 1:00 P.M.
