Larry James Barletta Sr.

Larry J. Barletta was welcomed by the Lord on October 21, 2025 at the age of 76. He was born July 12, 1949 in Modesto, California to James and Constance Barletta.

Larry lived his whole life in Patterson. He attended Northmead School and graduated from Patterson High School in 1969. Larry was a farmer all his life. He loved hunting and fishing. His hobby was raising and grooming his game fowl. He especially loved spending time with family and visiting with friends.

Larry is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Lona; his sons, Larry Jr. of Boaz, Alabama and Clinton of Springville, Alabama; his sister, Marietta Christofferson of Branson, Missouri and Judith Jacobs of Hungry Horse, Montana and grandchildren Chris, Haley, Hayden, Holdyn and Blake Barletta. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, James and Constance Barletta.

A Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at Hillview Funeral Chapels in Patterson, CA. The Rosary and Mass will be held at 10:00am on Friday, November 7, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Patterson, CA. Interment to follow at Patterson District Cemetery.
