Not sure what to say?

I'm still processing...
Larry was my first babysitter, I would always choose him, when asked who I wanted to watch me when our mother had to be away from the house... "heavy water". I'll miss him, regularly stopping by my office, "I'm just stopping in". The calls and how we recently talked literally all night, childhood, Vietnam, neighborhood, memories. How he got the nickname "Heavy" from our youth.

Semper Fi!!!! till the end.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Uncle Larry,

If ever there were a Man who was proud to serve his country.. it was YOU. May YOU Rest in PEACE. Your earthly presence will be missed but you will remain in our HEARTS and MEMORIES forever.

Your Niece

God is our Refuge in the time of storms! Our sincere thoughts, Prayers and sympathy to each one of you, during this time of Bereavement! To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord! Family, God will take care of you. Keep looking up to the Hills, from whence cometh your help, your help cometh from the Lord, who made Heaven and Earth! He has promised, never to leave you, nor forsake you. He is the God of all Comfort, and the Master of Grief! Believe in Him and Trust Him always. ...

In loving memory of a wonderful person.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

RIP to one of my favorite (handy)men (amongst a multitude of trades), my great-uncle, Larry B. Daily.

Larry fought in the Vietnam War as a young, black man, and lived to tell the tale. He was proud of his service(s) to his country.
He was always willing to do whatever to support those in need, never looking for anything in return, whether that was in New York, or down here in Alabama.

I’ll always carry forward the experiences and lessons I learned from being around...
