Not sure what to say?

Larry was a wonderful husband and best friend to my grandmother, Barbara. She loved him so very much and still says, “He was so good to me. He never told me no and went with me wherever I wanted to go.” He truly treated her like a queen.

He took our family in as if we were his own. He loved my two children and cherished every moment spent with them during our visits. The kids especially loved riding in the mule with him. My son Jacky particularly loved riding Larry’s scooter — and...

Larry driving his great grandchildren and pups around!

Larry, Granny and their newest pup!

Larry, you were a wonderful person and joy to be around. The kids are going to miss you and all the fun times. Thanks for making some core memories with them. You were truly a blessing to granny and our whole family. Keep an eye on us from up there

I only met Larry a couple of times, but the first time he talked to me through gutting a deer over the phone on the day before Greg and Kimberly’s wedding. I’ll never forget it! Even having only met him a couple times I could tell he was a kind and decent man. I’m sure he will be missed very much by the family and friends who loved him.

Barbara, my thoughts & prayers are with you & yours. Wish I could be there with you.

Larry was my neighbor and a very good man. He worked around his yard even as his health failed. Always stopped to speak when he saw me and often would pull my trash bin up from the road! If only every neighbor would be as considerate and friendly as he and Barbara the world would be so much nicer! It was a privilege to know him.
Prayers for his family.

Barbara, David and I are so sorry for your loss. May GOD bless you and give you comfort during this difficult time. Please know we are keeping you in our prayers. We love you very much.
Love,
Melinda and David Starnes

Larry and I worked together for many years. He was always there, did his part and more and brought a great attitude, humor and congenial remarks to what we had to do. Larry was sturdy, reliable and just good to be around. I haven't seen him in a while but I am glad to see he enjoyed a long life. His kind are always missed. My sincere condolences to his remaining family and friends.
