A wonderful, sweet lady and the best teacher. She was always my favorite. Her class was so much fun. ❤❤❤

I remember calling Aunt Laura on several occasions to check and see what she was baking at that time. I recently found out that she had passed away in November. What sadness to lose such a sweet, lovely lady, who I was told was a great baker and always made me smile. God rest her soul in Heaven with her friend, Ann Ritacco from Emerson. Maybe the 2 of them will be baking treats in Heaven???

Aunt Laura, I miss you so much! I was trying to call you to wish your birthday today and found out that I cannot talk to you anymore, you are in heaven. I love you soooo much always. I miss talking to you. Thank you for everything. You were an angel to me always. No wonder you didn’t answer my calls for over a month. I wish I could be there to you one more time. Laura was a dear and wonderful lady. I loved her. She was a treasured teacher at Lyndhurst high school who was respected by all her colleagues.
I first knew Laura when she attended the St Mary’s 7:30 morning mass on Sunday. I was a Reader and Laura liked the way I read and the sound of my voice. I could not believe she was still driving well into her nineties! When she finally stopped driving, I offered to bring her the Sunday bulletin. I am so sorry that I missed her funeral mass. If...
