LAWRENCE SAVCHENKO

Lawerence was an excellent neighbor and friend for over 18 years. The grandchildren children and great grandchildren loved to watch him work in his garden, and he would take the time to speak with them. He will be missed.

I was stationed at Minot Air Force Base from 1967-1969. As a young airman I worked with Lawrence as a lineman. I learned a lot from him. He was the first person to teach me how to climb poles. I left the service and moved back to my home state of New York where I started a career in the telecommunications industry. I returned to ND in 1976 and worked for Northern States Power Company and finished my career with SRT Communications. Fond memories.
