Dearest Lee, you were a very dear friend of mine for the last 5 years. My daily text messages from you were my favorite way to wake each day. The news of your passing was beyond shocking. It has been devastating. Lee, you cared so deeply for those around you and were beloved by all who met you. I will miss you deeply. Rest in power my dear friend Lee. Love your friend, Katy

Peace is with you dear friend , will miss seeing you on the run. Rest❤

Lee Jackson was heart and class and style and empathy and good humor and public service and a wry smile and a “top of the morning to you” and man am I heartbroken that I won’t be seeing him again. Thank you, Lee for all that you did for our patients and the example you always set.

Rest in power Lee thank you everything you did for our community.
