Where do I begin ,how do I wake up and start my day with out you?

Sorry I can't be there to celebrate Jimmy's life but you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Our deepest condolences for your loss cuz. Jim was everything to you. A very caring, loving man. Good hearted, friendly and kind. He will be missed deeply from everyone! RIP Jim!

Jim was one amazing person.I had the honor of being his nurse.He will never be forgotten ❤. His wife is also a blessing. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU.

I was just a little kid at the time but he use to be my neighbor many years ago! I remember him being really nice and funny. Always welcoming.

God has gained another amazing angle, say hi to grandma and grandpa for me and my Abuela. I love you uncle Jim and you will be missed. But we know your in heaven and not suffering anymore. Watch over aunt Louann and Christie.

Leonard J. (Jimmy)'s Obituary

           Leonard J. “Jimmy” Donnal, age 56, of Alger, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024 at Lima Memorial Health System, surrounded by his family. 

          He was born on May 8, 1968 in Lima, Ohio to Leonard and Christina Donnal.   His father, Leonard preceded him in death. His mother and stepfather, Christina and D. Ray Miller survive in Alger.  On August 13, 1988 Jimmy married Louann M. Duchnowski and she survives in Alger,

          Also surviving is his daughter, Christina (Tyler Rall) Donnal of Kenton; two bonus grandchildren: Spencer and Jaxson; and brother, David (Susie) Donnal of Lima. 

          Jimmy worked for Sekisui Kasei Company in Kenton.  He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.  Jimmy loved Harley Davidson Motorcycles and grilling. 

          Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 22, 2024 at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Alger with Pastor Mark Andreasen officiating.  Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger.  

          Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Alger, and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Friday. 

          Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60601.
