Leonard-Jacks, Sr.-Obituary

Leonard Bedford Jacks, Sr.

Guest Book

Not sure what to say?

Such a wonderful loving giving person. Always willing to help anyone if he could. Although we didn't visit much I will miss him and I know my dad will be lost without his best friend. May you RIP Mr. Leonard and we will definitely keep your family and Aunt Shelly in our prayers.

Leonard was a true friend. We met many years ago on a construction project. I was the project engineer for a Houston company that had a division in Beau Bridge. Peacard was the construction company and of course Leonard was the construction Superintendent.
I soon found out he really knew his business.
We had several projects together over a few years and stayed in contact until his death. I will surely miss him and will never forget him and the good times we had together.

WE AT THE ST. MARTIN SHERIFF'S OFFICE WANT TO EXTEND OUR HEARTFELT CONDOLENCE TO ALL OF THE FAMILY. MAY YOUR CHERISHED MEMORIES OF THIS SPECIAL MAN HELP YOU THRU THIS DIFFICULT TIME. MAY GOD BLESS YOU.

Leonard worked for Joe Picard, Inc. for many years from Lafayette, LA all the way to Midland, TX. While he still had the Mississippi accent and we had our Cajun accent we were able to communicate very well. He always bragged about his family. He went out of his way to help others. The customer was always first when it came to Leonard.
We spoke last week about his new mobile home he had just ordered. Well he won't be able to use now, but he is sitting on God's front porch rocking...

I'll miss you and our Thursday chats...
