Now you are with your sister,brothers and most important Shirley. We will meet again brother.

I would like to say that this man became a favorite of mine as I took care of him at the DuBois Village. He was not just a resident there but a buddy/friend. I would bring him peanut butter milk shakes and he would smile so big as it was a treat! He also had competitions with me on who would get more sun in the summer time. He made me laugh with his songs and jokes that he would get me to recite till I could sing or say them with him. Even if not working his floor I would always make it a...

Willie, you stand relieved from your post. A job well done fellow veteran. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The final volley has sounded and taps is about to begin, ending a successful career as a nation’s defender. Farewell fellow veteran.

Leroy rest in peace, you are now with your love Shirley. I was very fortunate to have had the pleasure of meeting you while I worked at Miller Keystone blood center. I was so proud and happy that you were able to attend my (Navy) retirement ceremony back in 2023. You left your mark at the blood center with the countless donations you made saving hundreds of lives. Forever in our hearts, Leroy. My condolences to your family.
