Not sure what to say?

My deepest condolences . My father, Herb Happel, was a second cousin to Les and a fellow member of Trinity Lutheran. I remember Les as a very friendly, affable man, always with a good word and a smile. God's blessings and comfort to you in this time of sadness.

So sorry to read of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you.

I am saddened to hear about the loss of Les and that I am unable to come and pay my respects this weekend. Your whole family has always been respected for the way you all live your lives always with God at the center of everything. May the peace of God wrap his living arms around you all at this difficult time. Sending my sincere sympathy to you all.

I’m so sorry to read of Lester’s passing. He had a wonderful smile & so kind. I remember going to your home & his work, Clausen Reunions. My parents(Marvin & Martha Jobst) always enjoyed many visits at reunions, each others homes, or at my grandparents, Ida & Bert Jobst home.
Hugs to you all. Cherish the memories, good & bad, they make us who we are today. May your faith in God give you continued strength in the days ahead.
♥ May God Bless You Always & in All Ways.

I am so sorry to hear of Lester's passing. Blessings to you, Alma and your family. I remember Lester as a positive and happy patient. I was lucky enough to greet him for many years (before my retirement 3 years ago) when he arrived at his dental appointments. Going to the dentist usually isn't everyone's favorite thing to do but he never reflected that! We usually had discussions about growing up on farms. May God's peace and comfort console you during this time.

Very nice, outgoing person. I will miss him.

We're very sorry to learn of Lester's passing! I always enjoyed visiting with Lester, as we always had things to discuss. I'm still using the heater motor in my car from his that he gave me before getting rid of his car. Our sincere condolences and blessings to his family!

He was such a nice guy, always with a smile. Loss is difficult, but we rejoice in the blessing of having Lester in our lives. I know he was a gift to my brother, Jim, and I'm sure to so many others. Sending love to each of you.
