Not sure what to say?

I have known Vern for to many years to count. We met when his daughter, Melinda was in my Girl Scout troop. He was always available to help out when we needed. I remember two trips he went on, one to Muskegon the other to Traverse City and South Manitou Island. He helped the girls with tents, took them fishing along with metal detecting. They had so much fun! The trip to South Manitou he felt bad for the girls carrying their packs, so he loaded up. “Vern, they have to carry their own...

One of the best man I know Use love sitting and listing to the Beatles and other records when I was a youngin. Tell Gramma, Grandpa, Dad, a Aunt Oval, Uncle Donald, Mom, David, Yvette, and all others hi and hugs. Fly hi in the clouds till we meet again on the other side. Lots of love and Prayer for Aunt Tracy and family.

I didn't get to know him well during our time with NLWC, but we saw him regularly helping at Feeding the 5,000. He and Tracy seemed very happy together and my heart and prayers go out to her and their family during this time of what I'm sure is heartbreaking grief and loss.
