Mr. Louis (Lewis) E. Sweezey, 66 of Cookeville, passed away on Wednesday, February21, 2024, at his home. Louis(Lewis) was born on September 8,1957, in Jackson, Michigan to the late George E. Sweezey and Rosella (Judge) Sweezey. He was preceded in death by his sister, Patty Sweezey, and his parents. He is survived by his wife: "steff" (Leigh) Sweezey of Cookeville, TN; son and daughter-in-law: Timothy A. Sweezey & Desiree of Tacoma, WA.; and daughter Katie R. Sweezey of Cookeville, tn.,his brother George (Robert) of Jackson, Michigan; sister Kathy Sweezey of Jackson. Michigan; and many nieces and nephews. His love in life was his wife, kids, & his dog Silver. The man was a legend and knew how to brighten a room. Anyone who knew him would tell you the same thing. The world is a lonelier place without him. He liked his rock and roll but before anyone else he would especially choose Ozzy! He will have a celebration of life at later date.
