Not sure what to say?

Joann and I came to Riverside later, when we first met Miss Lillian she's so impressed us with her peaceful spirit. I will always remember her in Sunday school and her quote BBB (Bible before breakfast) and I still use that today. This beautiful spirit will surely be missed. Our prayers are with the family at this time of loss.
With love Dave and Joann Bristle

What a blessing ‘Sister Lillian’ was to the Tanner family at Riverside Tabernacle. She was a friend to our Mom in the Ladies Group. She was a teacher to several of us in our young years, and even to our children after us. She was a mentor, as we learned to teach under her. She was a prayer warrior. She was a servant of Jesus, showing us what His love and mercy and grace truly means.
May God comfort all her family at this time, and may happy memories fill your hearts.

Miss Lillian was a kind and gracious woman. I grew up in Riverside Tabernacle and I remember one Sunday evening (this was way back when churches had evening services, also) my family was going to church. Riverside was just outside of the part of town that some of us church folk considered deteriorating. My dad and and mom and sister Shellie were pulling into the long driveway and my mom just gasped. She was looking down the street at the run down houses with the big porches. The porches where...

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Baba family sorry to hear about your mother passing. Thinking of you keeping your family in my prayers

Memories abound of influential people who were part of the congregation of Riverside Tabernacle. Lillian was one of the saints who demonstrated by her love and service what being a follower of Jesus meant. For decades, she influenced young lives with her presence, grace, faithfulness, and loving spirit. I am one of many who is no doubt, grateful for the gift of Lillian. May God’s comfort and peace be with all those who loved her.

Blessed wonderful woman of God. Cherished our times at Riverside Store House. She will be remembered forever. Rochelle hugs, so proud of you.
