Sure do miss you Momma! The desert is so green this year, you would love it. You would be sitting out in your rocker on the front porch watching the storms come in!

Lillian “Louise” Jones McCrummen, 93, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 28th, 2022, she was at home in Vail, AZ where she lived with her daughter for the past six years.
Louise was born December 14, 1928 in Clauene, TX. She first and foremost was a believer in Jesus Christ and spent her whole adult life trusting, loving, and serving her Lord and Savior. She loved reading the Bible, her favorite verse was Isaiah 40:31 “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not grow weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Martin Jones and Katherine Jane Russell Jones, her husband of almost 60 years, Fred Stone McCrummen, her son, Edwin Martin McCrummen, son-in-law, Cecil Loyd Harry Sr., great grandson, Connor Tristin Harry, and all of her 12 siblings.
She is survived by her daughter, Janet “Renee” McCrummen Harry of Vail, AZ, son, Rev. Mike Dean and daughter-in-law, Cathy Dean of Great Falls, MT and daughter-in-law, Jeanet McCrummen of Santa Rosa, CA; 7 grandchildren: Shannon, C. L., Sy, Andy, Theodore, Kathrine and Stacie; 13 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. We all loved her deeply and are truly blessed to have been loved by her.
Louise lived a full and wonderful life with her husband, family and friends. She stayed home raising her children, was a wonderful cook, loved arranging flowers, worked part time selling Avon, then full time at the junior high and senior high schools in the cafeterias in Rohnert Park, CA, which she retired from and began traveling across the US with her husband in their truck and trailer. She loved telling stories about their travels and the many wonderful people they met and beautiful places they saw, journaling each adventure by way of writing and photographing/filming (home movies) to make sure the grandkids got to experience as much as possible with them. Louise also enjoyed making crafts and she loved crocheting, making special blankets for her children, grand and great grandchildren, many other children, and making many hundreds of lap blankets for hospice over the years; each one beautifully handmade with extra care and love.
A graveside service and celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 PM, August 19, 2022 at Pleasant Hills Memorial Park, 1700 Pleasant Hills Road in Sebastopol, CA.
