She always had a hot cup of coffee and a listening ear, she was at times a rock for me, in the years past, she truly was a beautiful person inside and out and out!

I've known Lisa since she was a baby. Her mom and dad were always there for me. My heart is broken hearing this. Prayers go out to her friends and family. She's now with her mom and dad . Rest in peace Lisa. You'll be missed by many.

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Lisa Mae (Snedeker) Ottens: cherished mother, devoted wife, doting grandmother, compassionate sibling, and beloved friend after a heroic battle with cancer on March 2, 2025, at the age of 62.
Lisa was known for her empathy, generosity, wisdom, resilience, and unwavering love for her family and friends. Lisa was a titan within her family, always holding up and supporting those she held dear, a true keystone in the framework of her close-knit community. She enjoyed time with her family and friends sitting on her deck or around a campfire, hosting gatherings, and crafting.
Lisa was born in Meshoppen, PA on October 24, 1962, to the late Allen and Ruth (Faux) Snedeker. Lisa is survived by her steadfast husband of 17 years, William Ottens, her adored children Heather (Manny) Rodriguez, Joshua (Jessica) Carley, and Ayla Bonsell, her treasured grandchildren Dominick, Kendall, Klay, Gavin, Karlee, Lochlan, and Bailey, loving siblings Richard (Jean) Snedeker, George Faux, Christopher (Connie) Snedeker, Leanne (Seth) Striley, many nieces and nephews, and her indispensable friends she affectionately referred to as the “Fun Club”, Michael and Debra Guiton and James and Carolyn Schnure.
The Celebration of Life service to honor the life of Lisa Ottens will be held on April 19, 2025, at 1:00pm at the Little Meadows Fire Hall, Little Meadows, PA.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The Tunnel to Towers Foundation in Lisa’s name.
