Lisa was always so kind to me. I met her in 2020 when i worked at Amata's 180 N Lasalle location. It was pleasure to have known her. I am sending my sincere condolences to the family.

My deep and sincere condolences to Morgan and the entire family. Lisa—smart, sharp, and genuinely happy. She was the ideal role model for a young woman starting her career at the Committee on Fiance. She loved deeply, and I know she valued and cared for her family beyond measure. Peace and blessings to all who loved her and will miss her dearly.

To Morgan, Connie ,Michelle, and the entire Murphy family- We are deeply sorry for the loss of Lisa. She was truly the best to all of us. Jeanne and I were so grateful to have spent time with her at Pauly and Polly's wedding in Mexico, and we cherished being able to watch the live feed from Old Saint Pat's while in Florida. May God comfort and bless all of you, and especially the boys during this difficult time.

I practiced before Lisa for the whole of her time on the bench. I always looked forward to appearing before her. As a judge, Lisa was everything I valued and appreciated: open, attentive, smart and fair, both self-assured and self-confident, and decisive when it mattered, and more. As a person, Lisa was everything I valued and appreciated in a person and in a peer—smart, driven, talented, both self-confident and self-assured, and empathic in every sense and, again, more; and all of this was...

Lisa was tiny in stature, belying her vast capacity for responsibility. No matter what was placed before her, full of quiet strength, she found a way, a solution, a result, a way forward, whether for family or friends or clients. There was no need for fanfare or the spotlight. The right thing, the best thing, always occurred through Lisa’s expert planning, vast knowledge, heroic work ethic and Herculean energy. If she set her mind to it, it happened, whether as a lawyer, a judge, a runner, a...

In loving memory of a wonderful friend. I will miss all the stories we shared about our lives and family, dinners together at each other’s houses, cooking our favorite Ina recipes, and planning events together. You brought so much sunshine into our lives. I am blessed to have known you.
