Lisa you were a soft soul a caring soul a loving soul! You were always positive person when I came through the drive through at McDonald's! Always with your nails and smile! God took you home for a reason girl you may be gotten but you'll never be forgotten!! You'll always be in our hearts! I wish you could have met the twins you would have loved them you always took a liking to all of the kiddos !! We love and miss you! Fly high angel keep looking out for all of us!!

You are so truly missed. You were such an amazing soul with so much love. The memories of watching you grow up flood my mind everytime I think of you. From a big hearted little girl into an amazing adult, who was always nothing but kind and a little crazy but always fun. Life will never be the same without you here but you have some of my favorite people & family to keep you company while we wait to meet again. I love you little cousin and I'm honored to say I knew you.

Lisa, you will never be forgotten. Watch over your ma and little brother forever. Rest Peacefully with the angels

Lisa, you were an amazing mother, daughter, friend, family member, everything. We didn't hang out much, but when we seen each other we would chop it up like no time had passed. You will be missed and loved forever!

My heart aches for all who knew and loved Lisa. She was taken way too soon. My thoughts and prayers are with Gerri Anne, Robbie and all of our family and her friends.

Lisa Marie Wright

Age 34, of Gary, Indiana passed away September 14,2021. She was born on January 22,1991 in Hobart, Indiana to Gerri Wright and the late Robbie Gilland. She was an 2009 Edison Highschool graduate, an outstanding McDonald’s manager, radiating warmth and kindness. Always smiling, she maintained a close relationship with her family and took pleasure in activities such as cookouts, swimming, and socializing with friends. She cherished her vacation time spent with friends and her younger brother, Robbie. She will be remembered as a loving daughter, sister granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend.  

She is survived by her mother, Gerri wright; brother, Robbie Wright; uncle, Walter Wright; Aunt, Mary Ann (Jerry) Gamble and many other loving family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Robbie Gilland, maternal grandparents, Walter and Janie Wright; and paternal grandparents, Ollie C. and Mary Gilland.
