The funeral for Logan M. Mannigan will be 11 am Saturday, June 23rd at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Watertown. Burial will follow the service in St. Vincent of Paul Cemetery, Cape Vincent. Calling hours will be 4:00pm – 7:00pm Friday, June 22nd at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home.
Logan passed away Saturday, June 16th in Maryland from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
Born in Watertown June 8, 1995, Logan was a son to Michael and Amy (Scott) Mannigan. He was educated locally, and graduated from General Brown High School in 2013. Following graduation Logan was employed by Precision Towing and Bach & Co. until moving to Maryland in August of 2017.
In Galena, MD Logan worked as a carpenter in the construction field. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing ice hockey, four wheeling, his dirt bike, and YouTube.
Surviving are his mother and step-father: Amy and Bill Baker of Dexter; his father: Michael Mannigan of Oregon; his fiancée: Elizabeth Turner of Maryland; 2 sisters: Courtney Aten of North Carolina, Hillary Mannigan of Watertown; his paternal grandmother: Charlene Mannigan of Dexter; his maternal grandmother: Bonnie Scott of Watertown; his paternal great-grandparents: Vernon and Ruth Constance of Cape Vincent; his step grandparents: William and Linda Baker of Dexter; and his step-siblings: Dustin Baker & Taylor Baker, Both of Iowa.
He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Logan is predeceased by his grandfathers: Bruce Scott & William Mannigan.
