Mary Elkins Wolfley "Together Forever"I was born on a cold winter night, December 7, 1926, to George and Arthila Elkins. I spent my childhood years on Grandpa Beckstead's farm in West Jordan until Grandpa's death and then we moved to Murray. I attended school in Murray and made many life-long friends. In high school in helping with the war effort we topped beets. In 1947, I met my eternal companion, Stan Wolfley and we were married July 17, 1948 in Murray, Utah where I spent the rest of my life until my passing on April 1, 2017.We were blessed with 4 children: Jana (Perry) Tucker, Mike (Joni), Steve (Debi), Chris (Ron) McNeill; 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grands +2 on the way. Preceded in death by husband, Stan and grandson, Joey.A Celebration of my Life will be held Wednesday, April 5, 2017, 2:00 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, Murray. A visitation will be held prior from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Interment: Murray City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, eat a cheeseburger. Online condolences may be shared at www.jenkins-soffe.com
