Mr. Munoz, it seems like yesterday that you left us. You left a void in the Produce Business. Praying your family will find comfort to move on. It's hard but the day will come when you all will be together. Until then RIP.

Mr. Munoz was a great person whose memory will last a lifetime. He was a pioneer in the Produce Market and always appreciated any business person who dealth with him. It is hard, we know for the family but his memories are what gives you strength to carry on. He's with you in spirit and is watching our his family. He is gone but not forgotten and until we meet again, your memory lives on.

Just got the sad news Rest In Peace my friend. Your Lanier classmate Richard (Riche) Gutierrez.

Lorenzo's Obituaries

Lorenzo Munoz, Jr., age 77, of San Antonio passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2016.

 

His entire life was spent in the produce business and was a pillar of strength and inspiration to many, especially to his wife and children.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lorenzo and Lilly; and brother, Robert. Lorenzo is survived by his wife, Juanita Cardenas; children, Lorenzo Munoz, III (Patricia), James Munoz (Laura), Sam Munoz, Michele Garcia (Joe), Celia Ramos, Diane Gutierrez, Marie Sanchez, and Tina Louise Verastegui (Victor); sisters, Margaret Pelayo (Manuel), Marie Arias (Hector), and Lilly Cardenas (Oscar); brothers, Roger Munoz and Ruben Munoz (Angie); 15 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

 

FUNERAL SERVICES

 

Visitation will begin on Wednesday, September 28, at 3:00 PM with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM at the Angelus Chapel.

 

Services will conclude at the Angelus Funeral Home.
