I remember Lou from seeing him at St. Ephrems at Church on Sundays. Always smiling and very pleasant towards everyone. He will definitely be missed. Rest In Peace Mr. Barrot.

Lou was a great man. We have been friends since we shared a playpen in South Philadelphia. I remember all the good times we had at the shore where Lou was always charming the girls. Lou was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather and will never be forgotten. He will remain in thoughts and heart forever.

I've heard it more than once from a few guys in the PFD that " if you were hurt or in trouble you would only hope that Lou Barrot was working the Rescue Squad that night " He was a character all right but always a true professional and in the bad times he always was the leader with...
