Not sure what to say?

I met Louis on the bus in Lyndhurst. He was on his way home in Little Italy and I was on my way to work in Cleveland. I explained to him that my job is cut back to four days a week and that I am very concerned about it. He connected me with two people. One in landscaping, and the other in need of a handyman. To this day, I work for both of them and retired from my original job. Also, we all became good friends and continue to help each other out. Lou changed my life in a great way. I'll miss...

I would yell Louie B! every time I saw you. You were always welcoming growing up when I would come over. You will truly be missed.

Correction- we were neighbors in the 90’s.

Lou was a sweet soul. I used to see him riding his bicycle all the time in Mayfield Hts. A very good person. We were neighbors for a few years in the 80’s. Charlie Lazzaro

You will be missed Lou , we love you here at Scalpers

LOUIS's Obituary

LOUIS MARTIN BRANCO, age 69. LOUIS MARTIN BRANCO, age 69. Husband of Ruth (nee Myers); father of Karen Branco and Andrea Tanner (Mike); grandfather of Armando Barba, Damian Barba, River Tanner and Harlow Bennett; son of the late Rita (nee Boehm) and Louis Branco; brother of Tina Shopoff (the late George), Rita Gove (Chuck), Jerry Branco, Robert Branco (Jodi) and Sheila Kleinhenz (Paul); uncle and friend of many.

He had a lifelong love of music and was happiest behind a set of drums. Though naturally quiet, he had a subtle, witty sense of humor that brought unexpected laughter to those around him. He enjoyed life’s simple routines — often riding his bike or walking wherever he needed to go — and he shared that love of being outdoors with his family. He created memories filled with patience, joy, and gentle companionship. He will be remembered for his kind spirit, steady presence, and the love he showed in the small, everyday ways that meant the most.

Passed away November 12, 2025. Funeral Mass Saturday, November 15, Our Lady of Angels Church (3644 Rocky River Dr.) at 12 Noon. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
