Obituary
Louis's Obituary
Louis Carson Jr., 74 of Pinsonfork, KY passed away on Friday, December 30, 2022 at the Tug Valley Regional Medical Center. Louis was born on February 2, 1948 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Louis Carson Sr. and Gracie Walker. Louis was also preceded in death by his brothers, Curtis Cade, Sylvester Cade and Jimmy Walker.
Louis was a retired truck driver having worked at Rogers Petroleum for many years. Louis was also the former Fire Chief of the Belfry Volunteer Fire Department.
Louis is survived by his son, Jason (Michelle Mathai) Shelton of Archdale, NC; his grandchildren, Kyleigh and Hannah Shelton; his brother, John Walker and his sister, Murtis Cade. Louis also leaves behind a host of other loving family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Louis’s birthday, February 2, 2023, beginning at 5:30 pm at the Belfry Volunteer Fire Department. R.E. Rogers Funeral Home is serving the Carson family online condolences may be made at rerogersfh.com.
