Not sure what to say?

Dear Sandra,

I am sorry to hear about Louis. What a character I was able to call a friend. He was a very thoughtful and service minded friend as well as employee I had the privilege to work along side at Retrieve so many years ago. What stories he could tell. He will be missed.

So sorry for your loss . . . Louis was one of the first people I met when I arrived at the Retrieve Unit as a 23-year-old Lieutenant in 1969. He was an assistant to Food Service Manager to Emmit Franklin. Both those men helped me understand the realities of working around 3-time loser inmates. I will always be grateful for the many cups of coffee, the advice and their friendship. R.I.P . . .

I’m so sorry for your loss. I will always cherish the memories we had and the beautiful wood pieces he gifted me. I love you guys.
